Why haven’t I got a membership card – We do not issue cards any more because all your membership details are available on line

How do I pay my renewal fees online – The easiest way is to follow the link in the renewals email which goes to all members with a subscription notice some weeks before the fees are due on 1st April.

If you can’t find this email then you can login to the system at -  wetherbyu3a.wildapricot.org   - go to the Join Us page.  The system will recognize that you are a member and you should click on "Edit your member Profile" where you can review your member details and make a payment of your membership fee.

Can I renew online without my email and without a login to the system – No, you need to login so that the system knows who you are.  Using the 'Join Us" page without login may lead to you creating a new membership application rather than renewing an existing membership

I haven’t got or can't remember my password  - enter your email address into the email field and click on the link ‘forgot password’.  The system will send a temporary password to your email and you will be able to choose a password of your own and then log-in.

I use the same email as my partner – why can’t I pay online – The system needs to know who is who and it knows this from the member email address.  When a couple share an email address the system does not know who is who. 

How do I set up an email account – setting up a new email account is straightforward and can be done free of charge.
